Editorial Standards

Coverage on The Audiobook Page is chosen from Audible’s own public bestseller, chart, and new-release listings - we don’t accept payment from authors, narrators, or publishers for coverage, and inclusion is never for sale.

How a review gets written

Every review is grounded in the audiobook’s own publisher-provided description and listing details (title, author, narrator, genre). That source material is synthesized into the finished review with the help of an AI writing process, running against locally-hosted models we operate ourselves, rather than typed out by a staff writer for each title. We believe that’s worth being upfront about: nothing here claims to be a personal listening account or a professional critic’s opinion piece. What it does aim to be is an accurate, useful summary of what a book is about and who it’s for, built from real publisher-supplied information rather than invented detail.

Corrections

If a review gets a fact about a book wrong - author, narrator, genre, plot detail - tell us and we’ll fix it.

Affiliate links

See our affiliate disclosure - in short, links to Audible/Amazon earn us a commission on qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you, and that never affects which books get covered or what a review says about them.
