These terms cover your use of The Audiobook Page at www.theaudiobookpage.com, its email list, and the publishing tools we operate under this name. Using the site means you accept them.
What this site is
The Audiobook Page publishes reviews and summaries of audiobooks drawn from Audible’s own public bestseller, chart, and new-release listings, plus short video versions of that coverage on our social accounts. It is an independent site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Audible, Amazon, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, or any publisher, author, or narrator we write about.
Using the site
You may read, link to, and share our pages freely. You may not scrape or bulk-copy the site to republish it elsewhere, use it to train a model, resell it, or present our reviews as your own work. Automated access that degrades the site for other readers is not permitted.
Accuracy and AI-assisted writing
Reviews here are written with an AI process running on models we host ourselves, grounded in publisher-supplied listing details - our editorial standards explain exactly how. We work to keep them accurate, but we don’t warrant that every detail is correct or current, and nothing here is professional advice. Prices, availability, and Audible offers change without notice and are Amazon’s to set, not ours. If you spot an error, tell us and we’ll fix it.

Email list
If you subscribe, we send occasional emails about audiobooks worth your next credit. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to remove you at any time. What we store is set out in our privacy policy.
Our video tools and social accounts
We produce the short videos on our own social accounts with our own software, which posts to accounts we control and nobody else’s. It publishes only video we made, uses no data belonging to viewers or other creators, and is not a product or service offered to anyone else - there is nothing here for you to sign up for or connect an account to. Our posts on those platforms are also subject to each platform’s own terms.
Third-party links
We link out to Audible, Amazon, publishers, and social platforms. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
No warranty and liability
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from anything you bought after following a link from it.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
